Yoga class
The yoga class is gentle and focuses on mindful movements and breath. It's all about finding easiness in body and clarity in mind. We shouldn't take ourselves too seriously though, so why not smile while doing your sun salutation :)​

Guided walk in nature/forest
Nature heals! All we need to do is actually just to get out there. In nature we connect with the trees, plants, animals, rivers, lakes fells and mountains. As we connect with nature we really connect with ourselves. We realise we humans are as much part of nature as the plants and animals are, and thus, develop a sense of belonging and wholeness. Learn about the four elements of nature—earth, water, air, fire—and feel how they are present within us humans as well.

You will also hear information about different plants and herbs and how you can use them for your wellbeing. If you wish, we will gather around the campfire to have something to eat and drink too!

Forest yoga
Relax and renew by combining yoga and nature! When the forest becomes our yoga studio we will find a sense of wellbeing more easily. Forest yoga is nourishing for both body and mind.

Online yoga by Yogaia
I offer weekly classes through Yogaia. You may join me one month (30 days) for FREE. The classes I offer are in Finnish, however my skilful and beautiful colleagues from UK and USA offer classes in English.
